I build AI products, from the first prototype to production. 20+ years of shipping software, and since 2023, everything I build is GenAI-based.
Today I lead GenAI architecture at Betclic. Before that, 7 years at AWS, where I built 30+ prototypes for customers across EMEA: each time me and the customer's team, from the architecture to a working prototype in 2 to 6 weeks. One customer's need became Agent Squad, a framework for multi-agent apps. We open-sourced it, it grew to 7.7k stars, and AWS now lists it in its official Guidance for Multi-Agent Orchestration, next to LangGraph.
Some problems I noticed turned into products I built: StreetLens and Back From My Trip today, and back in 2014 BandBike, one of the first peer-to-peer bike rental sites in France.
I start from the business and from the end result, the product people will use, then work backwards to how to build it. That is where I find the real problem, and often the idea for the next project or a better direction.
AI is in two places in my work. Inside the products, the model does only what a model is good at: it reads and understands what people write or ask. Code does the rest and keeps its answers within limits. And while I build, a coding assistant is a fast pair of hands: it writes code, docs and tests under my direction, and nothing ships that I can't explain. That is how StreetLens and Back From My Trip both went live in 2026, alongside my job at Betclic.
What I love is the whole product: the idea, the architecture and the UX.
